Refunds & Exchanges

At Retro Legacy, each piece is part of a limited release. We prioritize quality, exclusivity, and intention behind every order.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

Unworn

Unwashed

In original condition with all tags intact

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.


Final Sale Items

Due to the limited nature of our drops, select items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

We do not guarantee restocks or size availability once items sell out.


Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory.
If you need a different size, we recommend placing a new order and initiating a return for the original item (if eligible).


Return Process

To request a return, contact us at INFO@RETROLEGACY.NET with your order number.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We’ll make it right.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.


Additional Notes

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Retro Legacy is not responsible for returns lost in transit

All returns must be sent back within the approved return window
