Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

How to Know Which Shipping Applies
Shipping type will be clearly shown at checkout. If your order contains both Standard and Special Line items, they may ship separately.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience.
Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Retro Legacy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked as delivered, Retro Legacy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
