Refund & Exchange Policy

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day window from the date your order is delivered to request a return, exchange, or store credit.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact

  • Free from stains, scents, or damage

 

Return Options

Within 7 days of delivery, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Refund to your original form of payment

  • Exchange for a different size or style (based on availability)

  • Store Credit for future use (does not expire)


Exclusions

Please note the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Select accessories (as noted on product pages)


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our team at info@retrolegacy.net within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and your preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit).

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Refund & Processing Times

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return is received and approved.

  • Store credit will be issued via digital gift card.

  • Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.

 

Kindly Note:

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
